Angels
Are Angels all Ministering Spirits? –R Fritz
God has given angels care or charge over us. Psalms 91:9-11 says, “Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation (dwelling place). There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give charge over thee in all thy ways.” Angels are beings God made to worship and serve God. They serve God in whatever God commands them to do. They are around us, as well as the fallen angels that Satan took with him when he was removed from heaven. God spoke angels into existence. We go about our lives without even knowing if angels have affected us for sure. Many times, things happen for us to think, or we believe we were touched by angels. I can say the same; one time I ran out of gas and thought I could coast to a gas station, but a vehicle made me have to stop. There was nobody around until after changing my shoes; somebody was walking up to my vehicle and asked if they could help. This person pushed my vehicle almost a quarter mile running. Then there was a little upgrade to get to the gas pumps, so I jumped out to help push to the gas pumps. When I asked this person if I could buy them something to drink, they said no. I looked again, and they were gone. I started to think about it now and do not believe a human could push my vehicle running that easily. Yes, that was an angel beyond any doubt. Another time, I asked the Holy Spirit, since I see the spirits, why I do not get to see angels. A week later, I was leaving my house, seeing a vehicle along the road with the trunk open and boxes sitting on the side of the road. I had to go back home because I forgot something. When I came back, the vehicle was still there, and I needed to help them. As I started to talk to them and help them, it became evident what I discerned, and as I looked them in the eye, this person was an angel. Tears started to come, and I had a tough time talking to them as I got them on the road.
We must understand that angels are around us; as we do not see them, they come as they are ordered by God, as humans, to connect with us. Hebrews 13:2 says, “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” We need to treat strangers with respect because God could be sending an angel to speak to us, and we could stop our answer or what God has planned for us because of our attitude. Sometimes we look at people and start to judge or look at their clothes or how they talk and choose how we proceed with them. We need to give people a chance to see where their heart is or who they are. If we are expecting the Holy Spirit to speak to us a certain way, we are missing out because every imaginable way to communicate with us is used by the Holy Spirit. I have seen bumper stickers, wood posts in a gold mine, people who spoke a message, or people holding up posterboard with a message, as if we are looking and praying our answers would come where we believe God never answered us. We do not know God; how can we, because we do not open the Bible to find the truth in who God is? Our answer is to open the Bible and ask God to show us who he is. That was one way I learned about Jesus, and the other was the Holy Spirit teaching and showing me with a check in my spirit. That was to check on what I was doing, or if I needed to ask the Holy Spirit.
What I have learned is we just forge ahead without asking the Holy Spirit before we do something, and then when things go wrong or sideways, we ask God how to fix the mess we are in. I have been there with the rest of us; the difference I am going to learn from my mistakes. Satan gets in our thoughts and pushes our buttons. We need to have a plan with the Holy Spirit involved first. Our relationship becomes the key to how good our life will be. The difference is that, with the Holy Spirit, we still go through things it is the Holy Spirit’s peace that makes the difference. When we trust the Holy Spirit, we listen and obey without a second thought. Galatians 5:22-23 says, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering (long and patient endurance), gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance (self-control): against such there is no law.” These are what the Spirit looks and feels like. These are the results of having the Holy Spirit live in us. The Spirit changes us to become more like Jesus because His Spirit lives in us.
All angels that obeyed God are ministering spirits. When Lucifer decided he wanted to be God, he took angels with him and became the fallen angel Satan with the other fallen angels that became our enemy. That is why Satan is a formidable enemy because of his time spent with God, yet God knows Satan better. The Holy Spirit gives us the ability to overcome Satan and know his schemes to keep going down the narrow path to follow Jesus. When we are on the narrow path, Satan wants to knock us off it and send us on the wide road where the world walks. What we might not understand is that Satan makes everything look like we are on the narrow path, where we slowly veer off. Satan is good at deception, which is why we need to discern in the spirit, with the Holy Spirit revealing what Satan’s plan is. God has a plan where he uses his angels as one of many tools to help us; we just need to listen and obey. Exodus 23:20 says, “Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.” God is always thinking about us; it is we who need to think about God. We will choose every day between the fallen angel Satan and God. I have made my choice, and it has been twenty-five years. It has been a battle, and my past life was even harder. God uses angels, and most of the time we do not know. We need to see the fruit of the Spirit in our lives, as we are spiritual beings. We need to look at our lives to see where we are spiritually. God Bless.
Our Purpose
In this world in which we are living, it is obvious that the Word of God needs to reach those that are lost and are searching for answers to events surrounding the news media that are bombarding us with what is in most cases, false news. There is no doubt in our minds that all the answers are found in the scriptures of the Holy Bible and it is our intent to search the scriptures thoroughly and find the answers to everyday questions that are people are pondering. There is no way that anybody can exhaust the whole Bible and know all the answers, but through divine inspiration from the Holy Spirit, that we will be lead according to His will. One thing that we hear out in the world is, “The Bible is too hard to understand.” The mistake that people most commonly make is, they think they can read and understand the Bible without guidance from the Holy Spirit and that is impossible. We will take scriptures out of the Bible and try our best to bring them to life. The Word of God is a living testimony of Jesus Christ and in order to know the living God (Jesus Christ) you have to understand the written Word.
It is or hope that we will lead people to the saving knowledge and wisdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! It is our intent to encourage people to get into the Word of God and hear what our Lord has to say to you. We understand that no human being alive can save another human being from the destruction of sin. Only by grace can one be forgiven through faith and that in and of itself is a free gift generously given to us by our heavenly Father through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ! It is our intent to bring to life the truth of salvation through Jesus Christ! There are two particular verses in the Bible that we keep in the front our memory bank. Acts 17:11; “These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.” We expect you to be a Berean and search the scriptures daily to make sure that we are guiding you in all truth according to God’s Word. Secondly, Romans 8:28; “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Once you become born-again and know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, then you can be assured that everything that happens in your life will be Father filtered.
